We provide several secure ways to pay for trekking packages, making the booking process easy and convenient. You can choose from the following options:
Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major cards like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can pay safely through our online payment system.
Bank Transfer: You can transfer money directly to our bank account. We will give you the bank details when needed. Please note that any bank fees are your responsibility.
PayPal: For extra convenience and security, you can also pay through PayPal using your account or your credit/debit card on PayPal’s secure site.
Cash: If you’re already in Nepal, you can visit our office in Thamel, Kathmandu, to pay in cash using Nepali Rupees or US Dollars.
Payment Process
Deposit: To confirm your booking, you need to pay a deposit. This deposit secures your spot on the trek and allows us to make the necessary arrangements. The deposit amount will be given when you book.

Important: We are not responsible for delays or losses during the transfer process. If, due to a mediator bank or other reasons, the amount received is less than the amount sent, you will need to pay the difference upon arrival to ensure the total equals the cost of the service.
Final Payment/Booking Confirmation/Client Details
After you make the transfer, please email us the bank reference number or remittance slips. Sometimes, the bank may forward the money under a different name, so having the reference number and sender details will help us confirm your payment easily.
Cancellation by the Client
If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so in writing, and the company must acknowledge it. The cancellation charge will depend on when we receive your cancellation request.
The cancellation charges are as follows:

- 40 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit.

- 39-15 days before departure: 40% of cost of services booked.

- Less than 7 days before departure: 60% of cost of services booked.
We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance when booking. Please note that no refunds will be given if you choose to leave the trip for any reason after it has started. There will also be no refunds for any unused services like accommodation, transport, sightseeing, or meals.
Cancellation of a Tour by the Company
The company has the right to cancel any trip you booked unless it is guaranteed to run. Action Nepal Treks may cancel a trip, even a guaranteed one, before departure due to reasons beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, flight cancellations, strikes, wars, sickness, government actions, weather conditions). In such cases, we will refund the trip price only. If we cancel a guaranteed trip, we will refund the trip price, or you can choose an alternative trip of the same value.
Please note that significant changes do not include a change in airline, flight schedules, or itineraries if the departure and arrival dates stay the same. Also, substitutions of vessels, itinerary modifications, and changes in cabin or hotel accommodations to the same category are not considered significant changes.
Action Nepal Treks is not responsible for any extra expenses or losses you may have incurred due to the booking, such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, parking fees, loss of earnings, or enjoyment.
